Return Policy


At ilovehottubs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we understand that circumstances can arise, we want to provide our clients with complete peace of mind. Please review our return policy below: 

Return Window

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for their hot tub. 

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee of the total purchase price will apply to all returned items. Refunds will be issued from 3 to 7 days after we receive the hot tub back in stock at our warehouse. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. ilovehottubs Customer Service will arrange return shipping. ilovehottubs will not be liable for returned items that are lost, damaged, or destroyed in the process of shipping.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact Us: Call our customer service team to request a return at (702) 781-3695 or email us at: Sales@ilovehottubs.com. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Return Number: We will provide you with a return confirmation number once you contact our Customer Service Department.

Arrange Shipping: We will arrange return shipping however you are responsible for the return shipping costs which will be deducted from your refund. We will tell you about the cost prior to shipping. You are responsible for ensuring the hot tub is packed and protected properly prior to shipping. If the shipping company causes any damages whatsoever during the return process, you agree to waive any claims against ilovehottubs and further agree to file a claim against the shipping company directly.

Product Condition 

Upon receipt, the product must be in the exact same condition as it was delivered (this condition will be verified through video footage taken at the initial delivery). This includes all original packaging, accessories, and manuals. ilovehottubs reserves the right to inspect the returned product to verify its condition. If the product is not in the same condition as delivered, the customer agrees to be responsible for any and all damages as outlined in their purchase agreement. 

Damages

If the hot tub is returned damaged, any repair costs, as outlined in your contract, will be deducted from your refund, in addition to shipping costs. Returned products that are deemed to be unsellable upon inspection may not be eligible for a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for any hot tubs where the acrylic has been damaged or destroyed or for products that have been misused or installed incorrectly, or products that are returned with missing parts or accessories. 

General

ilovehottubs reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the return policy.

Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
