A Rigorous Supplier Vetting Process:

Prior to opening, we conducted a thorough vetting process involving 15 manufacturers. We wanted to find the best company to manufacture hot tubs under the ilovehottubs brand name, never skimping on quality and at a price that you the consumers won’t find anywhere! This eight-month rigorous evaluation included:

1) Quality Control Inspections: We examined quality control procedures, ensuring that each product adheres to our strict standards.

2) Material Testing: We've tested the materials used in our hot tubs to verify their durability, resistance to harsh weather conditions, and overall performance. Additionally, we demanded that our supplier only deliver hot tubs with stainless-steel frames, no foam spray insulation, use 100 USA Made Acrylic, and use only Balboa 3.0 control panels and spa packs. We found that only five companies met all of our necessary requirements.

3) Safety Certifications: We've confirmed that our manufacturer complied with all relevant safety regulations and certifications. Throughout the vetting process, we learned several hot tub brands do not carry the mandatory certifications, necessary for selling in the USA. ETL (Electrical Testing Laboratories) is a recognized testing and certification organization in North America. An ETL certificate ensures that a product, such as a hot tub, meets specific safety standards set by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). DO NOT BUY A HOT TUB WITHOUT THE PROPER CERTIFICATION (ETL to be exact), OTHERWISE YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY AND RISKING GREAT DANGER TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.

4) Customer Reviews and Feedback: We've analyzed manufacturer reviews and feedback to identify manufacturers with a proven track record of satisfaction and they had to be in the hot tub manufacturing business for a minimum of ten years. Further, we examined their warranty issue response times, and this is the point where several hot tub manufacturers failed.
